Which minibus do you need?
We have two sizes of larger vehicle. A 6 seater MPV suits a family of five or six with standard holiday luggage. For bigger groups, our 7 and 8 seater minibuses carry up to eight passengers. If your group is smaller but you are bringing a lot of luggage, a larger minibus with some seats free gives you extra room. Tell us how many people and bags you have when you book, and we will send the right one.
Luggage and bulky items
With every seat in use, a minibus typically takes five or six large suitcases plus hand luggage. Ski bags, golf clubs, bikes in bags, wheelchairs and large prams take up more space, so please mention them when you book. If we think a group has too much luggage for one vehicle, we will tell you before the day so there are no surprises at the kerb.
Minibus hire for airport transfers
Group airport runs are the most popular use of our minibuses. A vehicle at your door, one fixed fare and all the cases loaded in one go is much easier than arranging to meet at the terminal. We run groups to Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City. On the way home we track your flight, so the driver is ready when you land, even if the plane is early or late.
Weddings, parties and days out
A minibus is a simple way to get a group to a wedding, a birthday meal, a match or a concert, and home again afterwards. Book the return journey at the same time, so nobody is left waiting at the end of the night. For guests staying at a hotel, our hotel transfer taxi can link the hotel, the venue and the station.
Stations and longer trips
Groups catching a train with luggage often prefer a minibus to the Tube. We run to all the London terminals, including Waterloo, Victoria and King's Cross. We can also quote for longer journeys outside London; just give us the full address when you book.
Planning a group booking
It helps to choose one person as the main contact. Give us their name and mobile number, and tell us every address the group is being collected from. We will plan a route that picks everyone up in a sensible order and confirm the times with the main contact before the day.

Child seats are available on request, and you can pay by card or cash. We collect from Raynes Park and nearby areas, including Coombe, Southfields and Worcester Park.
