Who we are looking for
We are looking for established minicab and private hire operators who want to work with us. You might be a small local firm, or a larger operator covering a wider area. What matters is that you are properly licensed, reliable and committed to good service. Our own work is mainly airport transfers to Heathrow, Gatwick and the other London airports, plus station runs and local journeys.
Requirements
- A valid private hire operator licence, issued by Transport for London or by your local licensing authority.
- Any insurance your licence requires, such as public liability insurance.
- Drivers and vehicles licensed as your operator licence requires.
- A reliable way to receive and confirm bookings, and to keep booking records as your licence requires.
- A commitment to fixed fares, punctual pickups and courteous drivers.
How the partnership works
Our bookings run on the TaxisNetwork booking system, the same system behind the booking form on our website. As a partner, you join that network. The details of how bookings are shared between partners are agreed with each operator before you start.

What makes a good partner
The operators we work best with answer their phones, confirm bookings quickly and keep customers informed when plans change. They track flights for airport pickups, give passengers a clear meeting point, and deal with any problems politely and promptly. If that sounds like your business, we would like to talk. We are happy to start with a trial period so both sides can see how the partnership works in practice before committing to anything longer term.
What we will ask to see
Before any partnership starts, we will ask for a copy of your operator licence and any insurance certificates your licence requires, and we may ask how you check your drivers' and vehicles' licences. This protects your customers, our customers and both businesses.
